From our initial contact with Nidy in the office as well as the technicians, Allan and Marlon the service and professionalism was top-notch. Our refrigerator needed service and we were given an appointment the very next day, with only a two-hour service window, not an “8 to 5” appointment where we had to sit around and wait. We received a text a half an hour before our appointment window, advising that Allan the technician was on the way. A photo of Allan was also provided. Allan arrived right on time and was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and ordered the parts and was back within 2 days with Marlon. Hard to believe, but they came on the Friday of a long weekend and worked right into the evening to ensure the job was complete. They took precautions to protect our floor and countertops and cleaned up afterwards. The bill was exactly the same amount as the quote, with no “add ons”. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for any of our appliance repairs.

Appointments were set and without too much difficulty. The only challenge was using the call-centre telephone number. However, Josh came over and provided us with a local number as well as a very qualified diagnosis on our DW and oven. He is very professional and punctual. Thank you Josh!

We have had Mr. Appliance and more specifically Andrew out to our house over a stove issue and then an installation. It doesn't get any better or more professional than Andrew. He knows his stuff, he's polite, and they are always on time and on budget. Don't even hesitate to put in a work request.

We called Mr.Appliance for a sqeeky/screechy dryer issue. Our experience from start to finish was fast and simple. Booking online was easy. They were able to come within a couple days, arrived in the time frame we were givin, and made quick work of the job. Our service technician was Cody Smith. He was very kind, thourough in his explanation with what was wrong, and proffessional. He brought the parts needed, asked if I would like a quote before fixing the issue. I was provided with that quickly, and explained the cost breakdown. He got it all fixed in a timely manner, didn't leave a mess, and left the new belt here...( he could of changed it out, but the current one was still in great shape which he shared with me). I really appreciated that he was honest with that, and left it here for future use. Would recommend, and would use this company again. Thank you Cody, there's laundry in there already, and it's nice and quiet.

The service agent was within the time frame given and was knowledgeable and timely. Great option of a text explaining when they’ll be arriving and what your service person will look like for security reasons. Would definitely use again and will recommend for future users.

We were able to get a same day appt when we called for repairs. Matthew did a great job explaining what repair would need to be done and got our dryer working quickly.
