Serviceman was professional!
We called to have a technician check out our ice cream freezer at the office in our campground and within a very short period of time, we had the pleasure of having Dave onsite. Dave is professional & explained what had to be done. Didn't waste any time at all getting the job done. If you're looking for a licensed technician, we highly recommend Mr Appliance as a local company. You won't be sorry you called.

We had Larry as our technician to fix our dryer and he was fantastic! He was quick and efficient and didn't mind answering my many questions. This company was excellent to work with- they were good at communicating when someone was coming and sent a picture of the technician, which was a nice safety measure. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get their appliances fixed.

They arrived on time to look at my steam oven. Because my oven is not a standard oven they had to speak with Miele technical support to fix it. The oven is now fix and I am a happy client.

Great service! Very fast, was able to get an appointment on fairly short notice. Repair was done before the tech left my home, no extra trips for parts etc. Terry also showed me exactly what happened, the part the failed and how it works. Thanks for the wonderful service - definitely recommend these guys! (Although I am hoping to not have to call you again for a while now :P)
Quick diagnoses, quick fix once the part came in. Additionally Josh, gave me many pointers to keep me and my home safe and went above and beyond!

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We had a 25 year old Miele dishwasher that stopped cycling. The technician gave us honest, detailed information that led to the conclusion to replace it rather than fix it. No pressure just good advice
