Our tech Christopher was awesome. He had to come back for completion while we waited for a part but he was expertly trained, knew his stuff and was very patient and thorough explaining everything. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. The issue was exactly what he figured it was over the phone and after securing the part, had my machine running two days later. I had initially called a different place first and after a week of phone calls and not even an in person examination I called Mr. Appliance. Don't make the same mistake I did. Call Mr. Appliance first, you'll be glad you did.

I needed to get my washing machine fixed quickly. Sam from "Mr Appliance" came to my house (with idenification, his picture, texted to me before he arrived. He identified the problem, checked to see if the part was available, which it was, then he left to get the part. He came back a few hours later and fixed my machine in a very short time. I was able to wash clothes later the same day. I'm VERY satisfied with the service I received from Sam with "Mr Appliance". I have already referred "Mr Appliance" to my neighbours if they need an appliance repair.
