My experience with Sam from Mr. Appliance South was first class. He was prompt, reasonably priced and, mot importantly he is an extremely knowledgeable technician. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mr. Appliance was excellent. They came when they said they would, sent me reminders of my appointment day and time, sent me a picture of my appliance repairman Mike so I knew ahead of time what he looked like. Mike was great, very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance the next time I need an appliance repaired. Which hopefully won't be too soon!

Really great experience with both Sherwood Appliance and Mr. Appliance. On the sales side, Rob from Sherwood Appliance was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning, and he worked to provide the best fit for budget, brand, and features. He provided the “good, better, best” options based on criteria, and no attempts to upsell or coerce towards anything one way or another. The fridge came with a slight bit of damage on one door and he was quick to order a replacement door under warranty. On the service side, Cody from Mr. Appliance did a great job taking care of the warranty repair. Once the replacement door was available, he arrived well within the 4-hour repair window provided and was quick to facilitate the repair. He was personable and thorough, and explained the process as he worked. It was clear he took pride in his work with a high attention to detail, and was very helpful and straightforward with his recommendations and explanations. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would not hesitate to use either Sherwood Appliance or Mr. Appliance in the future. Great customer service with high integrity on both sales and service.
