Our LG range stopped working in December so we called Mr. Appliance. From making the appointment to repair, the experience was amazing. David showed up on time and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Their pricing is reasonable and we would recommend them anytime.

We were extremely satisfied with a repair of our dryer that was done by Nathan. There were no surprises throughout the whole process - everything was handled professionally. We were presented with a quote after Nathan's assessment of the problem and he proceeded with the repair only after we had given him a go-ahead. Nathan had spare parts in his van and completed the repair work in a competent and efficient manner. The dryer works like new. This was a very positive experience for us! It is a huge relief to find a service technician, like Nathan, who is knowledgeable, communicates clearly, is courteous, efficient and tidy. Highly recommended.

The springs were gone on our 30 year old washing machine. But the machine is still worth repairing. Mr.Apprilance came and made the assesment the same day we called. Ordered the parts and replaced them when they came in. A job well done.

They remove their shoes & lay down a blanket near the job they’re working on.They consider safety by texting ahead of the visit a photo of the technician arriving.
