Sam was very professional and knowledgeable , diagnostic my ovens issue and repaired within a couple days.

Needed repair on three appliances. Technician repared clothes dryer and freezer and diagnosed clothes dryer all within one hour. Part ordered. Excellent work.

I needed to get my washing machine fixed quickly. Sam from "Mr Appliance" came to my house (with idenification, his picture, texted to me before he arrived. He identified the problem, checked to see if the part was available, which it was, then he left to get the part. He came back a few hours later and fixed my machine in a very short time. I was able to wash clothes later the same day. I'm VERY satisfied with the service I received from Sam with "Mr Appliance". I have already referred "Mr Appliance" to my neighbours if they need an appliance repair.

He came when advertised and was able to fix my microwave. We also had a nice chat about world events, very nice gentleman.

I called and they were available to come the next day. They called to let me know when job was done. Payment was easy.
