We needed a fridge repair as our water and ice system would no longer deliver the goods (Model GE cfe24sskakss). From the moment we called Mr. Appliance of Red Deer the service was top notch. An initial appointment was made for the middle of the following week but it was only a short time later that Mr. Appliance called back and told us that a technician was in the area and could stop by to assess the issue and provide a quote. The assessment was done, a quote was given, and we were able to keep the original appointment for the repair, as the parts would be in by then. When the technician arrived with the parts he was able to complete the repair in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Red Deer.

We called Mr.Appliance for a sqeeky/screechy dryer issue. Our experience from start to finish was fast and simple. Booking online was easy. They were able to come within a couple days, arrived in the time frame we were givin, and made quick work of the job. Our service technician was Cody Smith. He was very kind, thourough in his explanation with what was wrong, and proffessional. He brought the parts needed, asked if I would like a quote before fixing the issue. I was provided with that quickly, and explained the cost breakdown. He got it all fixed in a timely manner, didn't leave a mess, and left the new belt here...( he could of changed it out, but the current one was still in great shape which he shared with me). I really appreciated that he was honest with that, and left it here for future use. Would recommend, and would use this company again. Thank you Cody, there's laundry in there already, and it's nice and quiet.

Booking an appointment for my washing machine repair was easy and Olivia determined what the problem might be and ordered the part. Tyler arrived on time checked on other possible reasons for problem and installed the part Olivia ordered. Excellent service.

Tyler was great, he was very polite and knowledgeable and he fixed my oven very quickly. I would definitly hire again and already recommended Mr. Appliance to my sister who booked an appt already for her dryer.

Over the years we have had several service people in the house and Cody is without a doubt the best we have experienced. He is very knowledgeable and congenial and may be the best in the business. He is a great problem solver. He gave us an honest and fair opinion of the issues that were not able to be repaired due to the age of the appliance.

I strongly recommend Mr. Appliance Red Deer. We have a commercial dryer and needed it fixed promptly. We were able to get a service call quickly. Our tech, Cody, was thorough and explained exactly what was wrong with our machine and made great recommendations for extending the life of the dryer moving forward.
