Over the years we have had several service people in the house and Cody is without a doubt the best we have experienced. He is very knowledgeable and congenial and may be the best in the business. He is a great problem solver. He gave us an honest and fair opinion of the issues that were not able to be repaired due to the age of the appliance.

I strongly recommend Mr. Appliance Red Deer. We have a commercial dryer and needed it fixed promptly. We were able to get a service call quickly. Our tech, Cody, was thorough and explained exactly what was wrong with our machine and made great recommendations for extending the life of the dryer moving forward.

We had tech Cody Smith come and fix a leaking fridge. He was able to diagnose and repair in one call and came in under time. He worked cleanly and efficiently. Knowledgeable and kindly provided information and updates about the work he was doing and fridges in general.

Cody was very professional and answered all My questions and get a great job fixing my dishwasher

My washer machine was almost done for. My drier was so full of lint it was crazy. Down to ONE bolt in the agitator! Clanging and noise and eating my clothes! 😭 I am SO happy now with how my clothes FEEL especially, now that I learned proper fabric care! You guys rock, and I will call you again for ANY appliance service I need!!!

We were having noise issues with our dishwasher. Cody came out and showed me the problem, fixed it and made it a very quick, easy job and the crazy vibrations are all gone! The house is quiet again and he was able to easily diagnose the issue and fix it within a very reasonable time.

Fridge started making noise so called Mr. Appliance and Cody showed up, checked out the fridge and found the issue he ordered us some parts and then fixed the issue in no time. A big thank you to Cody and the rest of the staff.

Super customer service. Ultimately the part is more than a new dishwasher, but hey service was Fast Inexpensive Honest That's 5 stars in my book
