Highly recommend Mr Appliance of Orillia! We have had 2 technicians from Mr Appliance for our fridge and they went above and beyond to diagnose, get the parts quickly and repair it…all in a timely manner with excellent customer service.

Matt was fabulous, both diagnosing the problem and then when he returned to fix it! He informed me of the problem, likely how it happened and gave me some helpful tips too! Honestly, I prefer independent repairmen over big company names but Mr. Appliance and Matt have changed my perspective.

The service professional arrived on time, was friendly, polite and diagnosed and repaired my stove. There was good communication with the company which made scheduling easy. I would definitely recommend.
