The springs were gone on our 30 year old washing machine. But the machine is still worth repairing. Mr.Apprilance came and made the assesment the same day we called. Ordered the parts and replaced them when they came in. A job well done.

I had a scheduled service call this am by Christopher B. I received a confirmation text with date & time and photo of Christopher on Fri. for appointment on Mon. Chris arrived on time, started assessment quickly and safely and kept me informed throughout the process. Christopher embodied Mr. Appliance's code of values showing respect, acting with integrity and serving with enthusiasm. He was organized, careful and personable. He definitely is an asset for Mr. Appliance and the community served.

I called Mr. Appliance to trouble shoot on my dryer. I was having issues and trying to decide if I should replace parts or buy new. I called a few places and most wouldn’t listen to my story. Mr. Appliance listened and recommended a new dryer based on the issue and age. I appreciated the honesty and time. If I ever need a repair on another appliance I will call him for sure.

A very positive experience dealing with this company. No one likes have an appliance fail but when it does you'll not go wrong by calling Mr. Appliance. The technicians who attended, JOSH & DAVE could not have been more professional. From slip on booties at the door to protect our floors to politely describing the problem and required repair and then fixing it they couldn't have been more thorough. It was also pleasureful speaking on the phone with LIZ on scheduling and updates. All around - highly recommended.

A pleasure to deal with, starting with the person to answered my call to make an appointment to have our stove repaired. The technician, Chris, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the issue with the stove. Chris clearly explained the issue and proceeded to make the repair. Chris was very respectful of our home as had protective cover for his shoes, used towels to set his tools and screws on so nothing was damaged. Very knowledgeable and professional! Thanks Chris!
