Excellent work, timely, would highly recommend. Sagar was courteous and knowledgeable. A pleasure to have him fix my machine.

We looked for a company to replace a laundry washer seal and settled on Mr. Appliance. From booking the service, being advised about scheduling, execution of the work and follow up, Mr Appliance were great. We liked that Mr. Appliance advised us of the window that the technician would arrive and the name and picture of the technician. Josh was very professional, proficient and friendly. Both the office staff and repairman were friendly and informative. We were able to get an appointment quickly and they discovered the problem with our dishwasher and repaired it satisfactorily. Would recommend!

Other than the call centre not passing on messages to my local agent, the service has been professional, on time & with excellent notification for service calls.

Great company would recommend them to anyone who want professional repair done They notify you they are coming and send you a picture of the repair person so you know who is at your door Josh and his apprentice were both very professional and very friendly and very clean workers left no mess and put everything back in its proper place If I ever need a appliance repair again I will definitely call this company Thank you so much Paul Adams
