I wouldn't call any other service place. Very reasonable prices and very knowledgeable folks.

Quick diagnoses, quick fix once the part came in. Additionally Josh, gave me many pointers to keep me and my home safe and went above and beyond!

Over the years I’ve dealt with several other regional/local appliance repair companies, some of which were very good. None however were as good as Mr Appliance. Very professional, reliable, and definitely knew their stuff. I’ll definitely be using them for my appliance repair needs in the future.

To my surprise, I was able to book an appointment late on a Sunday for the very next day. Service rep Mike arrived within the promised time frame and completed the repair competently and pleasantly. Service appointment was easy. Appreciated the confirmation the night before and photo of tech included. Matt was very friendly taking the time explain what was needed but left final decision to us without pressure. Very careful about our property by wearing booties, covering dryer while working washer, and sliding washer out on pads. Shows great professionalism! Appointments were set and without too much difficulty. The only challenge was using the call-centre telephone number. However, Josh came over and provided us with a local number as well as a very qualified diagnosis on our DW and oven. He is very professional and punctual. Thank you Josh!
