We were fortunate to have Dan come and service a warranty issue on our dryer and he was the same Service Repair Technician dispatched in previous years for one of our appliances. We can't recommend Mr. Appliance and Dan enough. The booking coordinator is very friendly and accommodating. Dan is knowledgeable and very efficient. He is also very friendly and gave us valuable tips on how to maintain our appliances. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

I was so leary about calling an appliance repair company. I was recommended Mr. Appliance so gave them a try. I was beyond happy with my service from the lady who provide the appointments/bookings/time to the amazing repair guy we had come by. Everyone was kind, helpful, easy to understand, explained everything thoroughly... the same technician came back to do the repair once the part came in, which I appreciated. He was really fabulous. I will never worry about calling them again. Although I hope I never need them, it’s good to know this company can be trusted!
