Dan the Technician was very friendly, professional and informative. He explained very clearly what he would be looking for and doing. When he found the problem he took care of the washer's drum and put the belt back on. He also provided information that I have 30 day warranty to see how the washer is working and if before the end of the warranty I have the choice to have a new belt put in. I used Mr Appliance multiple times over the year. Each time technician Logan would come and service our appliances. Each time Logan resolved our issues. He made recommendations, answered my questions allowing me to make a well informed decision. LOGAN IS THE BEST.
