My over-the-stove microwave stopped suddenly, and I was prepared to have to replace it. But Nathan, the repairman from Mr. Appliance, assured me that it might need only a couple of parts. I appreciate that he clearly explained everything as he was checking the oven. He found that it needed two replacements, and only two days later, on a Saturday, he was back to complete the repair. It's working perfectly. This is the second time I've used Hanover Mr. Appliance, and I highly recommend them, from the pleasant and efficient intake person to the knowledgeable and helpful repair people. Like others, I also like the use of the pre-visit photo ID provided.

Service was great, quick and reasonably priced! They kept us informed with text messaging - so we knew when to be home, the gentleman who repaired my washing machine was knowledgable and so great to deal with. He even showed me how to check if it reoccurs. He also had a peak at another appliance while he was here. I highly recommend Mr.Appliance - This is now my go to company to repair my appliances!
