I received an email (with a photo of the technician) and text message advising me of the technician's expected arrival time and the number to call with any questions. Professional, friendly service call: Technician, Nathan, was friendly, very professional and explained what he was doing to investigate the concern. He responded to all of my questions in a professional manner, clearly demonstrating his expertise. The issue I was concerned about was fully investigated and resolved. Fridge repair was done promptly and service technicians were great. We received a detailed explanation about the suggested repair and were given the opportunity to ask questions. Everyone was professional and personable. Thoroughly impressed!

Friendly fast and professional service. A nice touch to send a picture and name of the tech coming. Perhaps a little higher priced than we anticipated but - you get what you pay for. Tech made suggestions for longer life of the appliance, and that is appreciated with the replacement cost of washers and dryers these days.

On line booking, great communication, company values that reflect positively on their business, technicians and are what we want in a service provider!. Luke was great today! Made a diagnosis, ordered the parts, gave me a timeline - my experience in the past tells me they are truly good to their word! I trust them!

Well where to start. Had a washing machine issue. Searched google and found Mr Appliance. Nathan was the technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a cost and shared other pertinent information. Then other wonderful people at Mr Appliance ordered the part, rushed to get me an appointment to install and saw it all through. Even after the fix and I called because I thought I still had a problem, they came out and checked it out for me. I called back a third time and they were good to their word and their guarantee. They checked it out for me. These guys are GOLD. They guarantee their work, they are courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable and just AMAZING. Highly recommend them. My experience was unique in that GE had stopped making my stove a few years ago and knowledge of replacing the glass top was next to impossible to find. A replacement glass top was found and shipped from Calgary to Mount Forest Ontario within days. The next problem was to find a technician with the knowledge to repair the stove, Mr. Applicance sent in an experience man and within days my stove was fixed. Thank you Mr. Appliance!
