Our icemaker in our Samsung fridge stopped working (btw nothing but issues with the Samsung appliances we have). Gursewak was the tech that came out. He was very polite and diligent. Everything about dealing with Mr. A was easy. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an emergency with my house fridge and I decided to contact Mr. Appliance as per recommendation and also for the Google reviews. . I received an sms notification about the person coming to my house and their arrival time. I was assisted by their Service Professional Gursewak. Gursewak was very professional and polite. He demonstrated knowledge in what he was doing, and he even provided me with options and suggestions. Very clean way to work. Mr. Appliance and Gursewak are fully recommended for all your appliances needs and repairs.

A service man came out to our house the same day we called, adequately assessed the issue with our refrigerator, and had the damaged part ordered. He returned three days later to replace the part. Gersawak was such a nice, respectful man and did his work so professionally and neatly.He is a great representative for Mr Appliance!
