Friendly and knowledgeable staff over the phone and in person with their repair people coming into your home. Polite , clean and ready to do the job. Would recommend every day of the week and will use them again.

Great service! Very fast, was able to get an appointment on fairly short notice. Repair was done before the tech left my home, no extra trips for parts etc. Terry also showed me exactly what happened, the part the failed and how it works. Thanks for the wonderful service - definitely recommend these guys! (Although I am hoping to not have to call you again for a while now :P)

Mr. Appliance was great! They had an easy to use booking process, showed up on time, worked quickly and fixed my dryer. The tech they sent was knowledgeable and informative. He was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends :)
