We have had Cody Smith, our technician fix washers for us at multiple locations. He does an excellent job with customer service and listened attentively to our washer issues. He was able to diagnose the issue, explain how the issue may have occurred and able to fix the problem. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough.

Received a service call from Cody Smith regarding our Miele dishwasher. Cody was terrific, thorough and not only did he fix the issue, he left me with some tips and tricks to ensure that the dishwasher continues to run smoothly.

Very professional and personable gentleman! He went right to work, and fixed the issue! I might have been upset it the item was really expensive and he didn't ask if i wanted it replaced, but this was not the case. Very happy!

I had an issue w/ my built-in Bosch Microwave. The technician from Mr. Appliance came as planned and did a quick repair and test. Everything was quick and professionally executed. I totally recommend Mr. Appliance.

Experience start to finish was seamless, well explained and quick. My technician Zoltan was great and friendly. Did good work and would definitely use him again. Fridge is now back up and running and can finally use the water feature again.

Correction update, while originally being very unhappy with my service. There has been explanation from the staff at Mr appliance. I’m happy to say, they provided exceptional customer service and rectified all unhappiness after being made aware of the concerns. In light I left the original Google review complaint but I I changed my star review from 1 star to 5 and WILL CONTINUE TO USE MR APPLIANCE in the future for all appliance repair needs. Service and communication are terrible. Prices are through the roof, $200/hr for a tech to do repairs. The first time the tech came to do the service he brought the wrong parts then I had to wait another 7 weeks to get parts. Only after calling to ask what was the hold up. The cost to repair the appliance was the same as purchasing a new appliance. When I called to ask, the lady on the phone disregarded any of my concerns. The tech left all the garbage from the parts. It took over a month to even get the repair. Never again, highly DO NOT RECOMEND.!

I called Mr Appliance for a dishwasher repair. Turns out I need a new one. The person who answered the phone was polite and gave me great service. The person who came to check it and give me a quote for a new one was professional in his appearance and manner. I will be getting my new dishwasher installed within the next few days. Fantastic people to deal with. Thanks
