Serviceman was professional!
We had Larry as our technician to fix our dryer and he was fantastic! He was quick and efficient and didn't mind answering my many questions. This company was excellent to work with- they were good at communicating when someone was coming and sent a picture of the technician, which was a nice safety measure. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get their appliances fixed.

Cody just left my home. Couldn't ask for better service. Completed the repair job in a timely manner. Gave me some useful tips for upkeep of the dishwasher. Will definitely call Cody again.

Cody S. was able to arrive early to fix our dishwasher. He was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything, but he was also quick/efficient with his time. This is the third time I’ve had Mr. Appliance in to fix something. I highly recommend this company and their techs.

We only needed to wait a day and a half after booking our appointment for our dryer repair, which included ordering the parts in. The technician was very friendly and informative. Prices are extremely reasonable and I was given the price before he started the work so there was no sticker shock!! I would highly recommend them!!

Russel has been the one to show up twice now for our fridge when booked, and has been wonderful. Efficient, clean (even when water gets everywhere) and explains everything. Nothing bad to say

Russell was our technition. He was polite and knowledgeable. Found the problem with our dishwasher quickly and fixed it. Bill was very fair. I would recommend Mr. APPLIANCE to anyone with issues with appliances. Beware of another company impersonating them . They don't show up or return calls.
