The service agent was within the time frame given and was knowledgeable and timely. Great option of a text explaining when they’ll be arriving and what your service person will look like for security reasons. Would definitely use again and will recommend for future users.

We were able to get a same day appt when we called for repairs. Matthew did a great job explaining what repair would need to be done and got our dryer working quickly.

In the past month I have purchased a new fridge from Mr Appliance ( Rob was our sales associate and he is amazing. Straight shooter , and when he said we service what we sell, that was all I needed to hear. Prices were competitive, appliance was delivered and installed and old appliance was hauled.away. just good service, very refreshing. I also used Mr Appliance to address a problem with our built in microwave. Tyler was our service technician ( best I have ever had). He removed the microwave and took it back to shop , fixed it and returned and installed. Price was very reasonable. They have earned our business for new appliances and repairs and service. 10 out of 10

Technician was sent earlier than appointment, he arrived and identified the issue with my leaky dishwasher, provided the repair cost. After approving the cost, the technician completed the repair quickly and tested the dishwasher to ensure there was no leak and the dishwasher was working properly. I would recommend Mr. Appliance.

Start to finish was just wonderful. I called in the morning for a dryer fix and they made an appointment for the same afternoon saying that if it could not be fixed, I would not be charged. They called later to say the tech was running AHEAD and could come early, so he did. The tech, Shawn, sent a text on his way here, complete with his photo which I VERY much appreciated for safety reasons. This is something that all companies should do, it makes us feel safer! Shawn was kind, understanding, polite, experienced, and efficient, quietly and confidently going about his business. I noticed how gently he removed parts of the dryer, treating the appliance with the same care he would his own. He was very careful with his tool case too, so he would not damage anything else while working or while walking through the house back to the door. Shawn was able to fix the dryer very quickly. He left no mess, no evidence that he had even been here, even turning the basement lights off on his way upstairs. I very much appreciated the entire experience and would definitely give them any future business if needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Shawn, he made the experience seamless and positive. Thank you!
