I would not hesitate in recommending Mr. Appliance to anyone for their appliance repair needs. They've provided repairs to our washer and dryer over the years and their technician, Brent, is a friendly, reliable and honest person!

Mr. Appliance(Brent) was prompt on arrival and completing the job to fix our washing machine. Respectful, professional and kept our place clean and tidy. We will definitely call him again for Appliance repairs.

Brent is great! He came prepared with the parts to fix our fridge, explained what was going on and made everything very clear. From when he was called to when the fridge was up and running, it was just a single day. Absolutely calling them again the next time an appliance needs fixing.

We had the best experience with Mr. Appliance. Our technician is Brent and he is wonderful. Our fridge had temperature control issues on Tuesday and we placed a service call for Thursday (Wednesday wasn't available online). Mr. Appliance called us and asked if we're available on Wednesday and offered to come in early. Communication through mobile was great, we got sent a photo of the truck and Brent to let us know who's coming. Brent was quick to diagnose the issue with the fridge and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Since parts are available local we were able to authorize repair for the following day. The following day, Brent realized the cause of the issues was actually something else, so instead of charging us the more expensive part, he helped us save money on getting the issue fixed. The issue is completely fixed by Friday (3 DAYS LATER!) Throughout the experience, the staff at Mr. Appliance was communicative and we can't say enough good things about their service. Would 100% use their service for all our appliance repairs.

First time using this company for our 10+ year old oven and they were great to deal with. Timely appointments, provided timely updates, arrived on time and guaranteed their work. Brent was the person who was assigned to our job and he was nice, friendly, explained things and came back until the issue was fixed. Highly recommend.
