Terrific service. Two professional and polite gentlemen arrived at my door to fix my newly acquired induction stove. It was determined that the motherboard had to be replaced because the elements were not working properly. They returned a few weeks later and spent the better part of the morning replacing the parts and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them.

Although I had a bit of difficulty trying to find a local repair person for my Miele dishwasher I eventually was able to find one through recommendation of a small company that did not service Miele appliances. Once I reached them I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours within the parameters of an a convenient time span. Our repair man arrived within the hour he was expected to, was able to diagnose the problem and he gave us some very good advice that enabled us to make the appropriate decision on replace or repair. He was very polite and courteous and even played with our inquisitive . Will definitely call them again when needed.
